BOARD OF COUNTY
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 99-
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION AND APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE
EAGLE COUNTY REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
REPRESENTING MINTURN, EAGLE, VAIL, AND RED CLIFF
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 96 -22, the Eagle County Board of County
Commissioners ( "Board ") adopted a Resolution creating the Eagle County Regional Transportation
Authority ( "ECRTA ") providing for its duties and powers; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to accept the resignation of a member, reappoint members,
and appoint new members to the ECRTA; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board accepts the resignation of Mike Gallagher, for his service for The Town
of Minturn.
THAT, the Board would like to thank Mike Gallagher for his time and effort in serving on
the committee, for the Town of Minturn, and appreciates his dedication, suggestions and
contributions
THAT, Brian Canepa be appointed as the Town of Mintum's regular member of the
ECRTA, his term expiring February 28, 2000.
THAT, Alan D. Lanning be appointed as the alterante member of the ECRTA for the Town
of Minturn, his term expiring February 28, 2000.
THAT, William P. Powell be reappointed as the Town of Eagle's regular member of the
ECRTA, his term expiring February 28, 2002.
THAT, Donna Meyer be reappointed as the alternate member of the ECRTA for the Town
of Eagle, her term expiring February 28, 2002.
THAT, Kevin Foley be reappointed as the Town of Vail's regular member of the ECRTA,
his term expiring February 28, 2002.
THAT, Rob Ford be reappointed as the alternate member of the ECRTA for the Town of
Vail, his term expiring February 28, 2002.
THAT, Bob Slagle be appointed as the Town of Red Cliff's regular member of the ECRTA,
his term expiring February 28, 2002.
THAT, Tanya Miller be appointed as the alternate member of the ECRTA for the Town of
Red Cliff, her term expiring February 28, 2002.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for
the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held thday of _Z"-/
1999.
