BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 99 - r)0?�
CONCERNING APPOINTMENT
OF LAURA ANDERSON
TO THE
BASALT REGIONAL LIBRARY DISTRICT
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, C.R.S. 24 -90 -108 empowers the Board of County
Commissioners to make appointments to the Board of Trustees of
Library Districts, and
WHEREAS, Laura Anderson's term as Trustee of the Basalt
Regional Library District Board of Trustees will expire in March of
1999; and
WHEREAS, Laura Anderson has expressed a willingness to serve
on the Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
Laura Anderson to the Board of Trustees for a term to expire March
2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE. COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Laura Anderson be and is hereby appointed Trustee to the
Basalt Regional Board Board of Trustees with a five -year term to
expire March 1, 2004.
THAT, a copy of this Resolution be sent to the Board of County
Commissioners of Pitkin County for their concurrence.
THAT, the Board of County Commissioners finds, determines and
declares that this Resolution is necessary for the public health,
safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the -`aQ249 day of - - , 1999.
