BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO.
AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT
OF OFFICERS TO THE
EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 91 -9 the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Eagle County, Colorado ( "the Board ") , did approve an
intergovernmental agreement establishing the Eagle County Emergency
Telephone Service Authority, and did make appointments to the Eagle
County Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board; and
WHEREAS, Tom Denboske has expressed a desire to serve on the
Authority Board as the West of Wolcott member; and
WHEREAS, Steve Miller has expressed a desire to serve on the
Authority Board as the at -large member.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Tom Denboske is hereby appointed to the Authority Board
as the West of Wolcott member, which appointment shall expire
January 14, 2001.
WHEREAS, Steve Miller is hereby appointed as the Authority
Board's at -large member, which appointment shall expire January 14,
2001.

of the County of Eagle, State bf Colorado, at its regular meeting
