Commissioner Johnson asked Rusty Williams about the IGA's and the escalters for 2001. He
suggested within the IGA's themselves there is a contract for one amount for the year 2000. He
suggested he did not see a corresponding increase for 2001.
Mr. Williams responded that contract will be written and handed in next year. He states it shows
