Home My WebLink AboutR99-170 terry lowell as director to riverview affordable housingrnl Commissioner moved adoption of the following Resolution: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 12 - Q APPOINTING TERRY LOWELL AS DIRECTOR OF EAGLE RIVE RVIEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING CORPORATION WHEREAS, pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation filed with the Secretary of State on April 1, 1999, James K. Hartmann was appointed as a Director to the Board of Directors of the Eagle Riverview Affordable Housing Corporation; and WHEREAS, James K. Hartmann has resigned from the Board of Directors creating a vacancy on said Board; and ' WHEREAS, the By -Laws of Eagle Riverview Affordable Housing Corporation provide at Article III, Section 3.3 that "any vacancy occurring in the board of directors must be filled by an appointment by the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desire to appoint Terry Lowell to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of James K. Hartmann. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: THAT. Terry Lowell is appointed to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of James K. Hartmann as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Eagle Riverview Affordable Housing Corporation.
