Commissioner moved adoption
of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO.99 -,Z6g
APPOINTING JACK INGSTAD AS
DIRECTOR TO THE
COLORADO INTERMOUNTAIN FIXED GUIDEWAY AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, HB 1335 (1998) created the Colorado Intermountain Fixed Guideway
Authority, one of which directors is to be appointed by Eagle County; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 98 -76 Eagle County appointed James K. Hartmann,
County Administrator, as Eagle County's CIFGA Director; and
WHEREAS, James K. Hartmann has resigned as County Administrator; and
WHEREAS, Eagle County Board of County Commissioners desire to appoint Jack
Ingstad, County Administrator, as the County's CIFGA Director, effective July 21, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Jack Ingstad is appointed, effective July 21, 1999, as its Director on the Colorado
Intermountain Fixed Guideway Authority until further order of the Board.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the Gft4— day of
