MEMORANDUM
EAGLE COUNTY ENGINEERING
TO: Nancy Lewis
Eagle County Attorney's Office
FROM: Helen Migchelbrink
Engineering Department
DATE: August 16, 1999
RE: Cordillera, Filing 13, Bearcat at the Ranch, Phase II
The warranty period for Cordillera Filing 13, Bearcat, Phase II expired on July 1, 1999 (Consent
No. 97 -08). In response to a call from Carmen at Continental U.S. Construction, I conducted an
inspection of the improvements made to this site on August 13, 1999.
The work has successfully sustained the warranty period. It is my recommendation that the full
release of collateral in the amount of $15,899.00 be made. The roads will be maintained by the
Cordillera Metro District and not Eagle County.
