BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.2003 ~~
IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING A NEW FEE SCHEDULE APPLICABLE TO
APPLICATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER II OF THE EAGLE COUNTY LAND USE
REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle, State of Colorado
(hereinafter the "Board"), is authorized, pursuant to State enabling legislation including, but not
limited to, C.R.S. 30-28, et sec,., and 30-11-101, et set,., to plan for and regulate the use and
development of land in the unincorporated territory of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, convenience, order, prosperity, and welfare of the
present and future inhabitants of the county of Eagle; and
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto, and pursuant to the provisions of 30-28-116 and
133, the Board has adopted zoning and subdivision regulations; and
WHEREAS, the Board has adopted zoning and subdivision regulations constituting
Chapter II of the Eagle County Land Use Regulations; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5-210.B of Chapter II of the
L.U.R., the Board shall adopt a fee schedule for applications governed by the chapter; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to adopt a new fee schedule for zoning and
subdivision processes governed by Chapter II, to become effective, on January 1, 2004; and
WHEREAS, it is the Board's opinion that conditions require this action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, pursuant to the authority granted to it by law and Section 5-210.B of
Chapter II of the Eagle County Land Use Regulations of the L.U.R., the Board of County
Commissioners adopts the Chapter II Fee Schedule, of the Eagle County Land Use Regulations
attached hereto, as Exhibit A, effective on January 1, 2004.
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety, and welfare of
the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.

THAT, this Resolution shall be recorded in the records of the Eagle County Clerk
and Recorder.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the day of

11. THE FOLLOWING FEES ARE ALSO APPLICABLE:
1. Review fees charged by a state or federal agency shall be made payable to the reviewing agency
based on current rates and paid at the time of application.
2. For any plat application, the applicant will be responsible for paying additional plat check fees that
are in excess of 25% of the plat application fee. When applicable, this additional fee shall be paid
upon submittal of any plat. Please call (970) 328-8730 for amount.
3. A filing fee is required for the recording plats, Declarations and Covenants, Party Wall Agreements,
etc. Checks should be made payable to the Eagle County Clerk & Recorder'.
4. For all applications requiring legal descriptions to be published in the newspaper, additional fees will
be charged on a per cost basis, for publications that are in excess of $50.00.
5. When a Special Use Permit application accompanies Sketch Plan or Zone Change applications, the
Special Use application fee shall be required unless waived by the Board of County Commissioners,
prior to submittal.
NOTE:
Application fees shall be paid by cash or by a check made payable to the Eagle County Treasurer, and shall be
submitted with the application to the Community Development Department.
