BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.2003-
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RATIFICATION OF APPOINTMENTS
TO THE
EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 91-9, the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, (hereinafter the "Board"), approved an
intergovernmental agreement establishing the Eagle County Emergency Telephone Service
Authority and make appointments to the Eagle County Emergency Telephone Authority Boazd,
and
WHEREAS, the Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board has nominated Julie
Anderson and Barry Smith for membership to the Eagle County Emergency Telephone Authority
Board;
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Julie Anderson and Barry Smith as members to
the Eagle County Emergency Telephone Authority Board; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Julie Anderson is hereby appointed as an East of Wolcott Member, which
apppointment shall expire January 1, 2006 or until her replacement is appointed.
THAT, Barry Smith is hereby appointed as a West of Wolcott Member, which
appointment shall expire January 1, 2006 or until his replacement is appointed.
THAT, the Boazd of County Commissioners finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
Cgr}nty of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regulaz meeting held the ~~~ day of
