BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO.2003-
APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF
RESOLUTION N0.2003-130
FINAL RELEASE OF COLLATERAL
AND TERMINATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD
FOR CORDILLERA, FILING 39
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
wishes to amend Resolution No. 2003-130 Resolution For Final Release of Collateral and
Termination of the Warranty Period for Cordillera, Filing 39 due to a technical error in the
aforementioned Resolution; and
WHEREAS, in the text of Resolution No. 2003-103 reference is made to cash collateral
being held by the County; and
WHEREAS, the collateral being held for Cordillera Filing 39 is Wells Fargo Bank Letter
of Credit No. NVS382770; and °
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CONIlVIISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Resolution No. 2003-130 is hereby amended due to a technical error and the
reference to cash collateral shall be replaced with the reference to Wells Fargo Letter of Credit
No. NVS382770.
THAT, Wells Fargo Bank Letter of Credit No. NVS382770 shall be released.
THAT, the remainder of Resolution No. 2003-130 shall remain in full force and effect.
° THAT, the Board of County Commissioners finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ, AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
