BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.2003- ) to
FOR
RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT
FOR ROAD CUT PERMIT NO. 2985
FOR STEPHEN SOLDOFF AND SUSAN SOLDOFF
WHEREAS, on or about April 18, 2001, the Boazd of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado ("Boazd") granted Road Cut Permit No. 2985 to Stephen and
Susan Soldoff; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivider provided collateral in the form of Assignment of Certificate
of Deposit No.6000035513 issued by Wells Fargo Bank in the amount of $2,000.00 to guazantee
the faithful completion of the construction project; and
WHEREAS, both the Subdivider and the Engineering Department state that the work
required under the Road Cut Permit has satisfactorily passed the two-year warranty period and
the Engineering Department recommends full release of the collateral.
WHEREAS, the release of the Assignment of Certificate of Deposit requires termination
of the Assignment by written Resolution of the Boazd of County Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Boazd hereby authorizes the full and final release of the collateral and the
Assignment of Certificate of Deposit No.6000035513 be terminated and that the same be
returned to the Subdivider;
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Boazd of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regulaz meeting held the _,~~~ day of September,
2003.
