BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.2003-~
AUTHORIZING CF[~~IRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO ENTER INTO
AGREEMENT TO AMEND/EXTEND CONTRACT
WITH MOUNTAIN HIGH AVIATION, INC. AND EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE
CLOSING OF TRANSACTION
WHEREAS, Eagle County, Colorado (the "Count}') is a political subdivision of
the State of Colorado (the "State"), duly organized and existing pursuant to the laws and the
Constitution of the State; and
WHEREAS, Eagle County and Mountain High Aviation, LLC entered into a
contract dated July 26, 2002 for the sale and purchase of Parcel B and Parcel C of the County -
Airport - Delatte-Subdivision Plat, Town of Gypsum, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, Mountain High Aviation, LLC and Eagle County wish to enter into
an Agreement to Amend/Extend Contract; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the County hereby authorizes entering into the Agreement to
Amend/Extend Contract.
THAT the Board authorizes the Chairman of the Eagle County Board of County
Commissioners to execute the Agreement to Amend/Extend Contract and any and all documents,
instruments, papers or other forms necessary and required for the closing of the transaction
between Eagle County and Mountain High Aviation, LLC.
THAT this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the
citizenry of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED, by the Board of Coun Commissioners of
the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the ~_y ofd, 2003.
