COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.2003- C7'/
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
BRAD ffiGGINS, THE EAGLE COUNTY FAIR AND RODEO MANAGER,
TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AGREEMENTS
OF FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS OR LESS CONCERNING
THE 2003 EAGLE COUNTY FAIR AND RODEO
WHEREAS, Brad Higgins is the Director of the Eagle CountyRoad and Bridge Department
and the Eagle County Fair and Rodeo Manager; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to authorize Brad Higgins, the
Eagle County Fair and Rodeo Manager, to enter into and execute agreements concerning the 2003
Eagle County Fair and Rodeo which involve financial obligations of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) or less;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE l:T RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes Brad Higgins, the Eagle
County Fair and Rodeo Manager, to enter into and execute agreements concerning the 2003 Eagle
County Fair and Rodeo which involve financial obligations of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
or less; and
THAT, the Board of County Commissioners finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ, AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County
