BOARD OF COUNTY COMNIISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.2003-~
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF
RESOLUTION N0.2003-013:
RESOLUTION CONCERNING AN APPOINTMENT
TO THE
EAGLE VALLEY LIBRARY DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Boazd of County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
wishes to amend Resolution No. 2003-013: Resolution Concerning an Appointment to the Eagle
Valley LibraryDistrict Board of Trustees, due to a technical error in the aforementioned Resolution;
and
WHEREAS, in the text of Resolution No. 2003-013 the term Basalt Library District
Board of Trustees shall be replaced with the term Eagle Valley Library District Board of
Trustees; and
WHEREAS, the remainder of the text ofResolution No.2003-013 shall remain unchanged
unless by further amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMIVIISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Resolution No. 2003-013 is hereby amended due to a technical error and the term
Basalt Library District Board of Trustees is hereby replaced with the term Eagle Valley Library
District Board of Trustees.
THAT, the remainder of the text ofResolution No.2003-013 shall remain unchanged unless
by further amendment.
THAT, the Boazd of County Commissioners finds, determines and declazes that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfaze of the citizens of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado.
