of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.2003-~~
RESOLUTION CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE
EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 91-9, the Boazd of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, (hereinafter the "Boazd"), approved an intergovernmental
agreement establishing the Eagle County Emergency Telephone Service Authority and did make
appointments to the Eagle County Emergency Telephone Authority Boazd, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to re-appoint Tom Denboske as the West of Wolcott member
to the Eagle County Emergency Telephone Authority Board; and
WHEREAS,the Boazddesires to re-appoint Steve Miller asthe at-large member to the Eagle
County Emergency Telephone Authority Boazd.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Tom Denboske is hereby appointed to the Eagle County Emergency Telephone
Authority Boazd as the west of Wolcott member for term expiring in January 15, 2005.
THAT, Steve Miller is hereby appointed to the Eagle County Emergency Telephone
Authority Boazd as the at-lazge member for term expiring in January 15, 2005.
THAT, the Board of County Commissioners finds, determines and declazes that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado.
