Sitting as the Board of Equalization
j~~ COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.2003-E-1
APPOINTING REFEREES FOR THE
2003 COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 39-8-102(2)(1), C.R.S., the Board of
County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, acting in its capacity as the Eagle
County Board of Equalization (hereinafter "Board"), has the authority to appoint independent
referees who are experienced in property valuation to conduct hearings on behalf of the Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board is desirous of appointing three (3) referees to sit for the 2003
assessment appeal hearings to make findings and submit recommendations to the Board for its final
action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CONIlVIISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO, sitting in its
capacity as the Eagle County Board of Equalization:
THAT, the Board hereby appoints the following individuals to sit as its referees for the 2003
session of the County Board of Equalization:
Ken Call
Mark Young
Deanna Tuley
THAT, said referees shall serve at the pleasure of the Board and maybe removed with or
without good cause shown.
THAT, said referees shall avoid any appearance of impropriety and shall disqualify himself
or herself if he or she has any close and/or direct relationship with the matter being heard.

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Eagle, Sta Colorado (sitting as the Board of Equalization) at its regular meeting held the
day of 2003.
