COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
Resolution No. 2001 -E- Z
IN RE: PRESENTATION OF A REPORT OF ASSESSOR
OF VALUATION FOR ASSESSMENT FOR TAXABLE REAL PROPERTY IN
EAGLE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, organized
and convened as the Eagle County Board of Equalization, pursuant to C.R.S. 39 -8 -102, for the
purposes of reviewing all taxable property appearing in the assessment roll of the county, directing
the County Assessor to supply any omissions which may come to her attention. The Board of
Equalization may, if required, raise, lower, or adjust any valuation for assessment roll to the end that
all valuations for assessment of property are just and equalized with the county; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. 39- 8- 105(a), the Assessor shall report the valuation for
assessment of all taxable real property in the county to the County Board of Equalization, and shall
submit a list of all persons who have appeared before her to present objections concerning real
property and her action in each case, attached hereto as Exhibit "A "; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Eagle County, Colorado, acting as the Board of Equalization:
THAT, the Board hereby accepts the reports and lists prepared by the Assessor attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".

of Eagle, State of Colorado, in its capacity as the County Board of Equalization, at its regular
meeting held this 6j riay of July, 2001.
