COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - --f / X"I
APPOINTING MICHAEL L. GALLAGHER
AS A MEMBER ON THE NEWLY FORMED
EAGLE VALLEY CHILD CARE ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
AND APPOINTING ARN M. MENCONI AS
AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE
EAGLE VALLEY CHILD CARE ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter "the Board "), desires to make certain necessary administrative
appointments and designations for the term specified hereinbelow; and
WHEREAS, the following appointments and designations do not constitute contractual
obligations of the County of Eagle nor of the Board, and the County and the Board are not legally
bound for the respective term of appointments or designations as specified hereinbelow, the
County, by and through the Board, having the authority, in its sole discretion, to change, add, or
abolish such appointments and designations and to fill vacancies therefor as it sees fit.
WHEREAS, MICHAEL L. GALLAGHER be and herein is appointed as a member of
the Board of Directors of the Eagle Valley Child Care Association and ARN M. MENCONI
as an alternate Member of the Board of Directors of the Eagle Valley Child Care Association,
for a term continuing until his/her successor is appointed for fiscal year 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, MICHAEL L. GALLAGHER be and hereby is appointed as a member of the
Board of Directors of the Eagle Valley Child Care Association and ARN M. MENCONI be and
hereby is appointed as an alternate member of the Board of Directors of the Eagle Valley Child
Care Association, for a term continuing until his/her successor is appointed for fiscal year 2002.
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the

citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
