APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENTS REQUESTED BY EAGLE COUNTY EMERGENCY
MEDICAL SERVICES & PUBLIC SAFETY COUNCILTO REPRESENT EAGLE
COUNTY IN THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL
AND TRAUMA SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter "the Board "), desires to make the following appointments and designations
for the term specified:
LYN MORGAN

JEFF FEDRIZZI
EAGLE COUNTY
EMERGENCY MANAGER
THOMAS A. KELLY
DISTRICT MANAGER

"CHIP' JOHN WOODLAND, MD
VAIL VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER
CURRENT CM -RETAC CHAIRMAN
ANNE FASSEL, RN MARI SALMI, RN
VAIL VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER VAIL VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER

REG FRANCIOSE, MD SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS

WHEREAS, the following appointments and designations do not constitute contractual
obligations of the County of Eagle nor of the Board, and the County and the Board are not legally
bound for the respective term of appointments or designations as specified hereinbelow, the
County, by and through the Board, having the authority, in its sole discretion, to change, add, or
abolish such appointments and designations and to fill vacancies therefor as it sees fit.
WHEREAS, LYN MORGAN, JEFF FEDRIZZI, ANNE FASSEL, REG
FRANCIOSE, THOMAS A. KELLY, "CHIP" JOHN WOODLAND, MARI SALMI and
SARAH MOODY be and herein are appointed as representatives for EAGLE COUNTY IN

THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND TRAUMA
SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL for a term of one year beginning July 1, 2001 through
June 30, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, LYN MORGAN, JEFF FEDRIZZI, ANNE FASSEL, REG FRANCIOSE,
THOMAS A. KELLY, "CHIP" JOHN WOODLAND, MARI SALMI and SARAH
MOODY be and hereby are appointed as representatives for Eagle County in the Central
Mountains Regional Emergency Medical Trauma Services Advisory Council for a term of one
year beginning July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002.
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
