BOARD OF COUNTY COMIVIISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 68(p
APPOINTING ARN M. MENCONI
AS ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
NORTHWEST COLORADO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter "the Board "), desires to make a certain necessary administrative
appointments and designation for the term specified hereinbelow; and
WHEREAS, the following appointment and designation does not constitute contractual
obligations of the County of Eagle nor of the Board, and the County and the Board are not legally
bound for the respective term of appointment or designation as specified hereinbelow, the
County, by and through the Board, having the authority, in its sole discretion, to change, add, or
abolish such appointment and designation and to fill vacancies therefor as it sees fit.
WHEREAS, Arn M. Menconi be and herein is appointed as Eagle County's alternate
member to the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments, for a term continuing until
his/her successor is appointed for fiscal year 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Arn M. Menconi be and herein is appointed as Eagle County's alternate member
to the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments, for a term continuing until his/her
successor is appointed for fiscal year 2002.
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
