of the ollowing Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 05q,
APPOINTMENT OF JOHN C. COLLINS
AS SPECIAL COUNTY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, pursuant to ยง19 -1 -103, C.R.S., the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the Board ") may appoint a special county attorney
to prosecute dependency and neglect cases under the Children's Code; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Board appoints an special county attorney to prosecute
dependency and neglect cases for the Eagle County Department of Health and Human Services; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint John C. Collins as the special county attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, John C. Collins be and is hereby appointed the Special Eagle County Attorney for
the term commencing Aprill7, 2001 until further order of the Board.
THAT, John C. Collins shall prosecute the dependency and neglect cases for the Eagle
County Department of Health and Human Services.
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the/ ay of April, 2001.
