BOARD OF COUNTY COMIVIISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2001- Q4<
APPOINTMENT OF RENEE ALLEE BLACK
AS ACTING COUNTY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, pursuant to §30 -11 -118, C.R.S., the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the Board ") may appoint a county attorney; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Board appoints an acting county attorney; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Renee Allee Black as the acting county
attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CONMSSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Renee Allee Black be and is hereby appointed the acting Eagle County Attorney
for the term commencing April 2, 2001 until further order of the Board.
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
