COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - aa,6
APPOINTMENT OF ROBERT LOEFFLER
AS ACTING COUNTY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, pursuant to §30 -11 -118, C.R.S., the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the Board ") may appoint a county.attomey; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Board appoints an acting county attorney; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Robert Loeffler as the acting county attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Robert Loeffler be and is hereby appointed the acting Eagle County Attorney for
the term commencing February 21, 2001 until further order of the Board.
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the &7L"ay of February, 2001.
