BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 200$ - _Q(
CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE
EAGLE COUNTY REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 96 -22 created the Eagle County Regional Transportation
Authority and provided for its duties and powers; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 99 -2 appointed the Town of Avon's members to the
Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon has voted to appoint Debbie Buckley as the Avon
representative to the Authority and Michael Brown as the alternate representative, said terms to
expire on the last day of February of 2004; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Debbie Buckley be and is hereby appointed to the Eagle County Regional
Transportation Authority as the representative for the Town of Minturn. Said term to expire on
the last day of February of 2004.
THAT, Michael Brown be and is hereby appointed to the Eagle County Regional
Transportation Authority as the alternate representative for the Town of Minturn. Said term to
expire on the last day of February of 2004.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the Z of January, 2001.
