COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -C'cf1
RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING JODY CARUTHERS DEDICATED PUBLIC
SERVICE AS A TWO-TERM ASSESSOR FOR EAGLE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter the "Board") acknowledges that Jody Caruthers was a model of citizenship
for every person in the County; and
WHEREAS, the Board recognizes that Jody Caruthers served the citizens of Eagle
County in the capacity of Eagle County Assessor for two terms of office (1987 - 1991 and 1999
- 2003) and greatly contributed her time and efforts for the benefit ofthe people of Eagle
County, Colorado and to public service as a whole; and
WHEREAS, the Board recognizes that Eagle County has been privileged to have a
person of distinguished character and expertise in Jody; and
WHEREAS, the Board recognizes the importance of Jody's years of service to the
community to the benefit to residents and visitors alike; and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to acknowledge Jody Caruthers for her years of public
service and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Jody Caruthers greatly influenced and contributed to the citizens of Eagle County
through her service as the County Assessor.
THAT, the Board wishes to honor Jody for her dedicated service and citizenship to Eagle
County.

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the 15th day of May, 2007.
