BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2007- () ~?
RESOLUTION APPOINTING CANVASS BOARD MEMBERS
FOR THE MAY 1, 2007 ELECTION CONCERNING THE
EAGLE COUNTY HOME RULE CHARTER
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S.~ 1-10-201, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the Board"), as the governing body calling the
nonpartisan election concerning the Eagle County Home Rule Charter, is authorized to appoint
two registered electors of Eagle County to serve as members of the Canvass Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board is desirous of appointing two registered electors of Eagle County
to serve as Canvass Board members for the May 1, 2007 election concerning the Eagle County
Home Rule Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby appoints and confirms E. Jo Brown and Stephen Richards to
serve as Canvass Board members for the May 1 2007 election concerning the Eagle County
Home Rule Charter.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held this 10th day of April, 2007.
