RESOLUTION NO. 2007- ()2>f
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING DAYS FOR THE
EAGLE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30-10-303. c.R.S., the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado ("Board") desires to establish and
publish a schedule of the Board's regular meeting days for Fiscal Year 2007; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby establishes and adopts the schedule of the Board's regular
public meeting days for Fiscal Year 2007 as set forth on the attached Exhibit "A."
THAT, until further notice, such regular public meetings of the Board be held in the
Eagle County Room, Eagle County Building, 500 Broadway, Eagle, Colorado.
THAT, the Board may hold such special or emergency meetings and adopt such
publication procedures therefore as the public interest may, in the opinion of the Board, require.
THAT, a copy of Exhibit "A" be forthwith transmitted for publication to all newspapers
of general circulation in the County of Eagle, Colorado, and appropriately posted at County
government buildings throughout the County.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the l'3 day of March, 2007.
