Sheaffer, has provided an executed surety bond and continuation certificate in the amount of $250,000.00 (see Exhibit "A" attached hereto); and WHEREAS, the County Public Trustee, Karen L. Sheaffer, has provided an executed surety bond and continuation certificate in the amount of $25,000.00 (See Exhibit "B" attached hereto); and WHEREAS, the County Assessor, Mark D. Chapin, has provided an executed surety bond in the amount of $25,000.00 (see Exhibit "c" attached hereto); and WHEREAS, the County Clerk and Recorder, Teak Simonton, has provided an executed surety bond and continuation certificate in the amount of $25,000.00 (see Exhibit "D" attached hereto); and WHEREAS, the County Sheriff, Joseph Hoy, has provided an executed surety bond and continuation certificate in the amount of $100,000.00 (see Exhibit "E" attached hereto); and WHEREAS, the County Coroner, Kara Bettis, has provided an executed surety bond and continuation certificate in the amount of $25,000.00 (see Exhibit "F" attached hereto); and WHEREAS, the County Surveyor, Dan Corcoran, has provided an executed surety bond and continuation certificate in the amount of $25,000 (see Exhibit "G" attached hereto); and WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the referenced surety bonds and continuation certificates and wishes to approve the bonds and continuation certificates in open session by resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: e . THAT, the Board hereby determines the surety bonds and continuation certificates attached hereto are sufficient and the same are hereby approved. THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado. THAT, this resolution shall be recorded in the records of the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder.
