COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 84 -77
RESOLUTION OF ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF EAGLE,
STATE OF COLORADO FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County,
State of Colorado, on this seventh day of December, 1984, by
this Resolution, does adopt an annual budget for Eagle County,
State of Colorado for the fiscal year, 1985, beginning January
1, 1985 and ending December 31, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Section 29 -1 -110 C.R.S. requires the adoption of the
budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the following budget be
adopted for fiscal 1985 by the Board of County Commissioners as
authorized in Section 29 -1 -110 C.R.S.
THAT, the total amount of Five Million, Six Hundred Seventeen
Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars ($5,617,769) be
hereby approved and adopted for the General Fund for the Fiscal
year 1985.
THAT, the total amount of Two Million, Four Hundred Eleven
Thousand, One Hundred Ninety Seven Dollars ($2,411,197) be
hereby approved and adopted for the Road & Bridge Fund for the
Fiscal year 1985.
THAT, the total amount of Seven Hundred Fifteen Thousand, Three
Hundred Eighty Dollars ($715,380) be hereby approved and adopted
for the Public Welfare fund for the Fiscal year 1985.
THAT, the total amount of Two Million, Nine Hundred Sixty Seven
Thousand, Seven Hundred Thirty Five Dollars ($2,967,735) be
hereby approved and adopted for the Capital Expenditures Fund for
the Fiscal year 1985.
THAT, the total amount of Two Hundred Eleven Thousand, Five
Hundred Dollars ($211,500) be hereby approved and adopted for the
Library Fund for the Fiscal year 1985.
THAT, the total amount of One Hundred Thirty Two Thousand, Six
Hundred Four Dollars ($132,604) be hereby approved and adopted
for the Retirement Fund for the Fiscal year 1985.
THAT, the total amount of Two Hundred Seventy Three Thousand,
Three Hundred Eighty Dollars ($273,380) be hereby approved and
adopted for the Motor Pool Fund for the Fiscal year 1985.
THAT, the total amount of One Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand
Dollars ($157,000) be hereby approved and adopted for the Revenue
Sharing Trust Fund for the Fiscal year 1985.
THAT, the total amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) be
hereby approved and adopted for the Conservation Trust Fund for
the Fiscal year 1985.
THAT, the total amount of Seven Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand,
Forty Dollars ($767,040) be hereby approved and adopted for the
_Sales Tax Capital Improvements Fund for the Fiscal year 1985.
THAT, the total amount of Ninety Five Thousand, Three Hundred
Twenty Dollars ($95,320) be hereby approved and adopted for the
Insurance Reserve Fund for the Fiscal year 1985.
THAT, the total approved and adopted budget of Eagle County,
Colorado for Fiscal year 1985 is hereby set at Thirteen Million,
Three Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand, Nine Hundred Twenty Five
Dollars ($13,398,925) for all funds and expenditures.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado held
this 7th day of December, 1984.
