1985 FISCAL BUDGET iMILL LEVY

WHEREAS, on the twentieth day of August, 1984, the Eagle County Assessor
certified to the Board of County Commissioners, a total assessed valuation of
$286,461,790. Said Assessor on the twenty- fourth day of October amended the
total assessed valuation to be $286,949,280, for Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the annual budget of Eagle County, Colorado for fiscal year 1985
requires the generation of property tax revenue for the various County funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved and authorized by the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado:
I. That a property tax levy of five and nine tenths and six hundredths
and nine thousandths mills (5.969) for the General Fund is approved;
2. That a property tax levy of three and six tenths and three hundredths
and zero thousandths mills (3.630) for the Road and Bridge Fund is
approved;
3. That a property tax levy of four tenths and zero hundredths and zero
thousandths mills (.400) for the Social Services Fund is approved;
4. That a property tax levy of one and nine tenths and one hundredths
and nine thousandths mills (1.919) for the Capital Expenditures Fund
is approved;
5. That a property tax levy of one and five tenths and zero hundredths
and zero thousandths mills (1.500) for the Public Library Fund is
approved;
6. That a property tax levy of four tenths and two hundredths and eight
thousandths mills (.428) for the Contingency Fund is approved;
7. That a property tax levy of four tenths and five hundredths and five
thousandths mills (.455) for the Retirement Fund is approved;
8. That a property tax levy of three tenths and one hundredths and seven
thousandths mills (.317) for the Insurance Reserve Fund is approved;
And that the total combined mill levy for these eight funds will be
fourteen and six tenths and one hundredths and eight thousandths mills (14.618)
for fiscal year 1985.
