BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 84- Ja
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE DEPOSIT OF THE
"REMAINING PROCEEDS" OPERATING PORTION OF THE
COUNTY ONE- PERCENT SALES TAX INTO THE COUNTY
PUBLIC WORKS FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, did previously adopt a
budget which showed that the County Public Works Fund would be
funded in part by receipts received after January 1, 1984, from
the County Sales Tax; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to carry out the intent of the
budget to direct the Treasurer to deposit a portion of the sales
tax revenue into the County Public Works Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the County Treasurer,
