NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado: THAT, the Board hereby finds that part of Eagle County Road 13 was destroyed by an Act of God, an act that could not be foreseen at the time of budget and designates of the Contingent Fund previously established pursuant to the provisions of Section 30 -25 -107, C.R.S., as the appropriate fund from which to pay the costs associated with the restoration of County Road 13. It is estimated those costs associated with the slide incurred during 1983 will not exceed $25,000.00.
