RESOLUTION
OF
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
• COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
Appointment of C. Kenneth MacTaggart, f.A.I., to appraise the valua-
tion work necessary for the expansion of the Eagle County Airport,
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, beyond its present property
limits.
..WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter
referred to as the "Board desires to appoint an appraiser to
determine the valuation work necessary with respect to the expan-
sion of the Eagle County Airport, County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
hereinafter referred to as the "Airport ";
WHEREAS, the Board has publicly invited bids for said
appraisal pursuant to statute;
WHEREAS, after the remittance of said bids, the Board
desires to appoint C. Kenneth tlacTaggart, M.A.I. as subject ap-
praiser for the expansion of the Airport;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado:
, THAT, C. Kenneth MacTaggart, M.A.I., is hereby appointed
to appraise the valuation work necessary for expansion of the Eagle
County Airport, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, beyond its pre-
sent property lines;
THAT, the land to be appraised is delineated by a map
prepared by Isbill Associates, Inc., airport consultants, with
offices in Denver, Colorado, showing the present property lines,
minimum future property lines and maximum future property lines
of the Airport;
THAT, completion of said appraisal shall be within sixty
(60) days after this resolution is passed by the Board;

THAT, the fee for subject appraisal will not be less than
Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,50u.00) nor more than Five
. • Thousand Dollars (;5,000.00). Said fee is to be determined by a
rate of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per six -hour day;

THAT, said fee will be paid thirty (30) days after sub-
mittal of the appraisal report by MacTaggart to the Board;

THAT, with the Board's consent, C. Kenneth MacTaggart
may appraise other work associated with said airport at the spe-
cified rate of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per six -hour
day.
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public health,
welfare and safety of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State
of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED at a regular meeting
of the Board of County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of
Colorado, dated this 22 day of May, 1979.
