COUNTY IN A SPECIAL MEETING IELD AT THE COURT HOUSE AT
EAGLE, IN THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, ON THE 25TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER,
A. D. 1940
WHEREAS, the public convenience of registered
electors in Precinct No. 4, Lakes, Edwards, Eagle County,
Colorado, requires the.cha.nge of the polling place as fixed
by that certain Resolution passed by the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, on the 7th day of
August A. D. 1934, and;
111HEREAS, it is the belief of the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County that the convenience of the
voters in Precinct No. 4, Lakes, Edwards, be changed.
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED That the polling place of
Precinct No. 4, Lakes, Edwards, Eagle County, Colorado, be
changed from the Edwards Hall at Edwards to the School House
located at Edwards in School District No. 13, Eagle County,
Colorado.
Read, considered, passed and adopted, signed and
arproved at a special meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, this 25th day of
September A. D. 1940.
