OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY C OIJ'1VIISS I ONERS OF EAGLE COUNTY
COLORADO
WHEREAS, there has been allocated to the county of Eagle„ State
of Colorado from the so- called Forest Reserve Fund the sum of
Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty -Nine and 29/100 -- Dollars
(4659.29); and
WHEREAS, five (5) per cent of said fund should be taker and
transferred to the General School Fund; and
WHEREAS, five (5) per cent of Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty -
Nine and 29/100 Dollars ($4659.29) in the sum of Two Hundred
Thirty- tw.o.: and 96/100 Dollars ($232.96)
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Eagle, County, Colorado, that the sum of Four Thousand Four
Hundred Twenty -six and 33/100 Dollars ($4426.33) of the above
mentioned Four Thousand Six Hundred fifty -nine and 29/100
Dollars ( $4659,29) be deposited in the so- called General Road
Fund; and that the sum of Two Hundred thirty -two •r and 96%100
Dollars ($2Z2.96) be deposited in the General y "ool Fund .
