RESOLUTION
OF THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 83- '77
CONTINUING INVENTORY - ACCOUNTING OFFICE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 29 -1 -506, C.R.S., the
Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado ( "Board ") shall make or cause to be made an annual
inventory of property, both real and personal, belonging to
Eagle County; except that an inventory shall be required only
with respect to items of property having an original cost of one
hundred dollars or more unless such items having a value of less
than one hundred dollars are required to be inventoried by
directive of state auditor; and
WHEREAS, by reason thereof and for purposes of the
inventory prepared pursuant to statute, the County Accounting
Supervisor desires the Board to disregard those items of
property belonging to Eagle County having an original value of
less than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado:
THAT, for purposes of the inventory prepared pursuant
to Section 29 -1 -506, C.R.S., the Board hereby determines to
disregard those items of property belonging to Eagle County
having an original value of less than one hundred dollars
($100.00), as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
THAT, by reason of such inventory, the Board hereby
requests and directs the County Accounting Supervisor to take
all necessary steps in disregarding those items of property set
forth in Exhibit "A" from Eagle County's fixed assets records
using generally accepted accounting practices and procedures.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its
regular meeting held the eW-�� day of December, 1983.
