BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 83 - F ,;�,
1984 FISCAL BUDGET MILL LEVY
WHEREAS, on the seventh day of September, 1983, the Eagle
County Assessor certified for 1983 a total assessed valuation of
$272,034,860.00 for Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the annual budget of Ea .-le County, Colorado for
fiscal year 1984 requires the generation of property tax revenue
for the various County funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved and authorized by the Board
of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado:
1. That a property tax levy of six and three tenths and
three hundredths and one thousandths mills (6.331) for
the General Fund is
approved;
2.
That a property tax
levy of four and one tenths and two
hundredths and three
thousandths mills (4.123) for the
Road and Bridge Fund
is approved;
3.
That a property tax
levy of four tenths and three
hundredths and five
thousandths mills (.435) for the
Social Services Fund
is approved;
4.
That a property tax
levy of three and zero tenths and
zero hundredths and
zero thousandths mills (3.000) for
the Public Works Fund
is approved;
5.
That a property tax
levy of one and five tenths and zero
hundredths and zero
thousandths mills (1.500) for the
Public Library Fund
is approved;

6. That a property tax levy of three tenths and four
hundredths and zero thousandths mills (.340) for the
Retirement Fund is approved;
7. That a property tax levy of two ten —r-s and five
hundredths and zero thousandths mills (.250) for the
Insurance Reserve Fund is approved;
And that the total combined mill levy for these seven funds
will be fifteen and nine tenths and seven hundredths and nine
thousandths mills (15.979) for fiscal year 1984.
