THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOULTION NO. 83 -41q
RESOLUTION OF ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as
the "Board ", desired to make certain necessary appointments, in addition
to the appointments made January 11, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the appointment of an alternate member to the Zoning Board of
Adjustments was desirable; and
-WHEREAS, appointments of regular and alternate members to the Fairboard
was desirable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners, County
of Eagle, State of Colorado.
THAT, on January 27, 1983, John Baker was appointed as alternate member to
the Zoning Board of Adjustments for a period ending December 31, 1983; and
THAT, on February
2, 1983, the following
regular and alternate
member appoint-
ments were made to
the Fairboard, all retroactive
to January 1,
1983:

MOVED, READ AND UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
County Comm' sioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, held on this
day of , 1983, nunc pro tunc January 27, 1983 and
February 2, 1983, respectively.
