RESOULTION
OF
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 82 - /0 7
RESOLUTION OF ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF EAGLE,
STATE OF COLORADO FOR FISCAL YEAR 1983
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County,
State of Colorado, on the sixth day of December, 1982, by
Resolution, adopted the annual budget of Eagle County,
Colorado for the fiscal year 1983, beginning January 1, 1983,
and ending December 31, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Section 29 -1 -110, C.R.S. 1973, as amended requires
the adoption of the budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the following budget be
adopted for fiscal 1983 by the Board of County Commissioners
as authorized in Section 29 -1 -110, C.R.S. 1973, as amended.
THAT, the total amount of Five Million, Five Hundred, Fifty
Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Ninety Four Dollars ($5,558,894)
be hereby approved and adopted for the General Fund for the
Fiscal year 1983.
THAT, the total amount of Two Million, Seven Hundred Sixty Four
Thousand, Ninety Four Dollars ($2,764,094) be hereby approved
and adopted for the Road & Bridge Fund for the fiscal year 1983.
THAT, the total amount of Seven Hundred Ten Thousand, Six
Hundred Fifty One Dollars ($710,651) be hereby approved and
adopted for the Public Welfare Fund for the fiscal year 1983.
THAT, the total amount of One Million, One Hundred Forty Five
Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars ($1,145,200) be hereby approved
and adopted for the Public Works Fund for the fiscal year 1983.
THAT,,-the total amount of One Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand
Five hundred Dollars ($187,500) be hereby approved and adopted
for the Library Fund for the fiscal year 198.
THAT, the total amount of Fifty Five Thousand, Three Hundred
Sixty Seven Dollars ($55,367) be hereby approved and adopted
for the Retirement Fund for the fiscal year 1983.
THAT, the total amount of Thirty One Thousand, Seven Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($31,750) be hereby approved and adopted for the
Intergovernmental Service (Motor Pool) Fund for the fiscal year.

THAT, the total amount of Eighty Thousand, One Hundred Dollars,
($80,100) be hereby approved and adopted for the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund for the fiscal year 1983.
THAT, the total amount of Three Hundred Forty Eight Thousand,
Four Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($348,413) be hereby approved
and adopted for the Contingency Fund for the fiscal year 1983.
THAT, the total amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000)
be hereby approved and adopted for the Sales Tax Capital Improve-
ments Fund for the fiscal year 1983.
THAT, the total amount of Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000)
be hereby approved and adopted for the Insurance Reserve Fund for
the fiscal year 1983.
THAT, the total approved and adopted budget of Eagle County,
Colorado for fiscal year 1983 is hereby set at Eleven Million,
Four Hundred Fifty Six Thousand, Nine Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars
($11,456,969) for all funds and expenditures.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado held this
day of December, 1982.
