HomeMy WebLinkAboutC25-076 Volaire Aviation Consulting 1 Volaire 2025 Air Service Development Forum Sponsorship Agreement This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Volaire Aviation, Inc. (“Volaire”) and Eagle County Regional Airport (the “Airport”) or hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties”). Scope of Agreement: Volaire Spring 2025 Air Service Development Forum By executing this agreement, Eagle County Regional Airport approves hosting the Volaire Spring 2025 Air Service Development Forum from Monday, March 17 through Wednesday, March 19, 2025 in Vail in exchange for a sponsorship fee of $50,000. Once agreement is signed by Airport, Volaire will confirm location and then release an announcement e-mail to airports and airlines with the dates of the conference and Vail as the location within one day of signing of this agreement. Airport will be recognized as one of two primary equal (50/50) sponsors for the two night/three- day event that will include opening reception and dinner and will be included on all related conference materials. The other primary sponsor will be the EGE Air Alliance (the “Alliance”). The Alliance will also provide a separate sponsorship fee of $50,000 to Volaire. a. Airport will receive eight complementary registrations to the Forum. b. All the coordination, promotion, and registration for the conference will be provided by Volaire’s conference planner and Volaire staff. c. Volaire will provide all hotel accommodations for airline attendees at the conference hotel, plus necessary air travel, ground transfers and meals. Fee Structure Airport agrees to a sponsorship fee of $50,000. Airport will provide Volaire a deposit of $25,000 to be paid within 14 days of the signing of this agreement. The final payment of $25,000 will be due to Volaire 30 days prior to the event.
