BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO 93 -
ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION
1993 FISCAL BUDGET - PUBLIC LIBRARY FUND
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of December, 1992, the Eagle County
Library Board of Trustees submitted and certified to the Board of
County Commissioners ( "the Board ") a proposed budget for the
public library fund for fiscal year 1993; and
WHEREAS, on that date, said budget was duly adopted by the
Board, all legal requirements having been fully complied with and
performed in the premises; and
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of May, 1993, the Eagle County Board
of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 93 -48 adopting a
supplementary budget and appropriation to the 1993 Fiscal Budget,
all in accordance with C.R.S. 29 -1 -109, et seg
WHEREAS, the Board here desires to enact a final supple-
mentary budget and appropriation for the Public Library Fund, all
in accordance with C.R.S. 29 -1 -109, et seq
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby authorize a supplementary budget and
appropriation, as follows:
1993 FINAL APPROPRIATION CHANGE:
Budget as of 9/30/93 $97,715.00
Additional Expenses
Personal Services $10,837.00
Transfers to Other Governments $3,313.00
Final Budget $111,865.00
THAT, the Eagle County Manager is hereby requested and
directed to immediately transmit a copy of this Resolution to the
officer or employee of the County of Eagle whose duty it is to
draw warrants or orders for the payment of money.

THAT, the Eagle County Manager is hereby further directed to
file an original or certified copy of this Resolution with the
Division of Local Governments in the Department of Local Affairs.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
