BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 030
RESOLUTION CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS TO THE E911 TELEPHONE
SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Amended Intergovernmental Agreement Concerning the
Implementation of an E911 Telephone Service (the "IGA"), the Board of County Commissioners
of Eagle County ("BoCC") is to appoint members to the Board of Directors of the Emergency
Telephone Service Authority Board(the "Authority Board"); and
WHEREAS, Authority Board members serve in a volunteer capacity, with staggered
terms; and
WHEREAS,Jim Bradford wishes to step down and be replaced by Brandon Daruna,who
would fulfill the remainder of Mr. Bradford's current term; and
WHEREAS,Mark Novak wishes to be reappointed to the Authority Board for a one-year
term.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
• COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Jim Bradford is hereby removed from his seat on the E911 Authority Board, and
Brandon Daruna is hereby appointed to fulfill the remainder of Mr. Bradford's current term, or
until such time as he is reappointed or a successor has been appointed.
THAT, Mark Novak is hereby reappointed to the E911 Telephone Services Authority
Board with a term to expire March 31,2026, or until such time as he is reappointed,or a successor
has been appointed.
THAT,this Resolution shall become effective as of March 31, 2025.
THAT, the appointments set forth herein do not constitute a contractual obligation of the
County of Eagle County or the Authority Board, and no party is legally bound for the respective
term of appointment as specified herein, the County having the authority in its sole discretion to
change, add or abolish such appointment and to fill vacancies as it sees fit.

THAT, the Board finds determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the
public health safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of Eagle State of Colorado
MOVED,READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the 25thday of March , 2025.
