NOTICE OF COORDINATED MAIL BALLOT ELECTION

The ballot issued to you will contain only those questions on which you are eligible to vote based on your place of residence on file
with the Eagle C ounty Clerk and Recorder ’s office.
Important: Property owners, non-residents, may be eligible to vote on certain questions if they are registered to vote in
Colorado outside of Eagle County, and own taxable real or personal property within the Gypsum Fire Protection District.
Election Date: Tuesday, November 5, 2013
Election Type: Mail Ballot
Election Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Active Registered Voters will be mailed ballots between October 16 and October 18 . Requests for mail in ballots to alternate
addresses or replacement ballots must be made in writing and must include full name, date of birth, physical address, address to
mail the ballot, and signature of the applicant. The last day to request a ballot to be mailed is October 29, 2013.

Oct. 26 (Saturday) 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Nov. 4 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Oct. 28 – Nov. 1 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Nov. 5 (Election Day) 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
