The ballot issued to you will contain only those questions on which you are eligible to vote based on your place of residence on file
with the Eagle C ounty Clerk and Recorder ’s office.
Election Date: Tuesday, November 4, 2014
Election Type: Mail Ballot
Election Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
All Active Registered Voters will be mailed ballots between October 16 and October 18 . Requests for mail in ballots to
alternate addresses or replacement ballots must be made in writing and must include full name, date of birth, physical address,
address to mail the ballot, and signature of the applicant. The last day to request a ballot to be mailed is October 27, 2014.

Nov. 1 (Saturday) 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Nov. 3 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Nov. 4, Election Day 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
