Dear Mr. Merry: Please accept this letter as final certification of the installation of the wastewater system for the above referenced property. Holland Creek Metro District completed installation and I have reviewed their work and found it to be in compliance with the approved plans. The record drawings and installation report are attached. If you have questions, please contact me at your convenience. Sincerely, Thomas J. Kallenbach, P.E. This permit was approved and sized for a total capacity for 5 bedrooms. Additional information about your septic system maintenance needs should be addressed by the Holland Creek Metro District. It is important that you notice and immediately repair dripping faucets and hissing toilets as this will certainly cause the system to fail. By following a few simple guidelines, like avoiding grease or other additives down the drain your system has been designed to last for many years. Water Quality Control Professionals LLC April 26, 2017 Subject: Holland Creek MD Lot #77, 94 Eagle Feather Rd. installation certification. Attn: Tom Kallenbach, PE WQCP LLC conducted the tests and verifications that were requested in order for the design engineer to sign off on the system. Watertight test: The test started at 14:00 on 4/23/2017. The static water level was 25” below tank lid. The test was complete on 4/24/2016 at 14:30. The static level remained at 25” below the tank lids for the duration of the test indicating the tanks are watertight. Drain field test: The drain field test was conducted on 4/24/2017. The laterals were flushed before the start of the test. Since the drain field was already backfilled a modified squirt test was conducted using the capped cleanout ends. The caps were replaced with caps that had 3/16” holes drilled in them. The drain field pump was started and the results were as follows: Lateral #1 East – 8’ Lateral #2 East – 8’ Lateral #3 East – 8’ Lateral #1 West – 8’ Lateral #2 West – 8’ Lateral #3 West – 8’ Installation: The Eliminate system was constructed per the drawings received from Tom Kallenbach PE. The primary and Eliminite tanks were installed per the drawing. A 2” force main leaves the pump chamber and discharges into six 1 1/2” laterals that run east and west. The laterals are 35’ long. 5/32” orifices were drilled every 36”. Pump check: Float system was tested and working properly. Eliminite pump 8.2 Amps. Drain field pump 12.0 amps.
