Boundaries Unlimited Inc. (BUI) performed an inspection during the systems construction on June 28, 2016 and reviewed additional photos taken by contractor on June 30, 2016. The installation included a 1,250-gallon concrete 2-compartment septic tank, effluent filter, 44 Quick 4 Plus infiltrators equally divided into two trenchs (serially connected), inspection ports and associated 4” piping (with attached tracer wire), pipe cleanouts along with pipe sleeve under driveway. The system appeared to have been installed in conformance with the intent of the design. I have enclosed photos of the construction.
