Re: Boundary Letter – Eagle River Water & Sanitation District and Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority To Whom It May Concern:
In accordance with § 32-1-306, C.R.S., please be advised there were no changes to the boundaries of the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District and Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority in 2024. The respective boundaries remain unchanged since the last filing of its boundary map.
This letter is hereby emailed to the Eagle County Assessor’s Office at assessor@eaglecounty.us and the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder’s Office at recording@eaglecounty.us. It has also been uploaded to the e-filing portal of the Division of Local Government.
