NOTICE OF BOUNDARY MAP COMPLIANCE
BELLYACHE RIDGE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
DECEMBER 13, 2024
TO: County Assessor, Clerk & Recorder, Election Office and the Department of Local
Affairs (DLG E-Portal)
Pursuant Section 32-1-306, C.R.S., a special district shall maintain a current, accurate map
of its boundaries and shall provide for such a map to be on file with the county assess,
county clerk & recorder and the division of local affairs on or before January 1 of each
year. The Boundaries of the Bellyache Ridge Metropolitan District, Eagle County, State
of Colorado, did not change in 2024, and the map showing the current boundaries of the
District is on file with your office.
