1. ALL INSTALLATIONS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE EAGLE COUNTY INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM
REGULATIONS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO AUTHORITY GRANTED IN 25-10-104, 1973, AS AMENDED.
2. THIS PERMIT IS VALID ONLY FOR CONNECTION TO STRUCTURES WHICH HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH COUNTY ZONING AND
BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. CONNECTION TO, OR USE WITH ANY DWELLING OR STRUCTURE NOT APPROVED BY THE ZONING AND
BUILDING DEPARTMENTS SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BE A VIOLATION OF A REQUIREMENT OF THE PERMIT, AND WILL RESULT IN
BOTH LEGAL ACTION AND REVOCATION OF THE PERMIT.
3. CHAPTER IV, SECTION 4.03.29 REQUIRES ANY PERSON WHO CONSTRUCTS, ALTERS OR INSTALLS AN INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL

.fit the request of Mr, "Fere Nottingham, on August 25 and 292008, we visited the
construction site at the Slessman residence. 520 Old Crearnery Road, Eagle ('otlnty, Colorado,
The purpose of our site visit was to inspect the installation of the septic SIVSteril.
They installed the system in overall compliance with the septic system dc�sign, Drawing
No. 06167SD,DWG, dated June 29, 2007,wid as shown onthe attached as -built sketch. They
installed a 1500-gallon, two compartments, concrete septic tank, One cleariout was constructed
between the septic tank. and the building, The cleanout Nvas constructed ataboLit threct"eetwest
.
and t-,an feet north of the northwest building g comer.
One hundred twenty five, Q-4, Standard Infiltrator Chaltibers were insialled in five
trenches.'rhe last four trenches were split into two segments, 'I'liere was a mi.ninium diSLaIlCe Of
at least nine feet between cach segment. There were thirteen infiltrators in thelinst trerich, There
were twenty intheft rstse-mentand eleven in the second seg,
the first segment and eighteen in the second segment of the. third trench, sixteen in the first
segment and cleven in the second segment of the f6arth trench, and nine In (he lirsi ecuric'ni and
sixteen in the second segment of the fifth. trench,'fhere was as raini.muni of six feet separation
bet'",een the trenches. Ira 'the first and last infiltrator of each trench, inspection ports were
installed. The trenches were less than 36 inches deep. The'l"s in Death compartnlenis were at least
14-inelles long.
Any mid all surface runofffrom drains around the bUilding stiould be di verted away fron)
