EAGLE COUNTY HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 05
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TORI FRANKS TO COMPLETE, SIGN AND SUBMIT
COMMUNITY SERVICE BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE
EAGLE COUNTY HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Eagle County Housing and Development Authority ("ECHDA") desires to
apply for a 2025 Community Service Block Grant through the State of Colorado, Department of
Local Affairs for the provision of funds to be used in support of the rehabilitation of Eagle Villas
Apartments, a qualified residential rental project(the"Application"); and
WHEREAS, ECHDA desires Tori Franks, as an employee of Eagle County Government
working on behalf of the ECHDA,to be the designated the signator for the Application after review
and approval of the Eagle County Attorney; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE EAGLE
COUNTY HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY:
THAT, Tori Franks, as an employee of Eagle County Government working on behalf of
the ECHDA is hereby delegated authority to complete, sign and submit the Application for the
ECHDA, subject to and after review and approval of the Office of the Eagle County Attorney.
THAT, the ECHDA finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for
the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Eagle County, State of Colorado.
